Hey,I have an alienware 18 laptop right now which is a year old and buffed up to maximum specs.I had multiple motherboard issues and the repairs just got too much and they dont produce alienware 18 anymore so i couldnt go for a swap and my only option is a refund.Im in the middle of my academic year and i need a quick replacement of my machine with a similar specs or a better one.i have around 4500-5000 dolars budged to spend for a laptop. What are your suggestions ? I've came across origin and they seemed quite nice but again i am not very informed about the brands.

You should probably buy something light like an MSI GS70 Stealth and then use the remaining money to build a gaming desktop.
