what if your battery is bulit in

started to charge my laptop when the battery was 5 but at first it was charging but after 2 or 3 mins it stopped i checked it and restarted it but after that it wont turn on when i plug it and it shows cirtical low battery

Try another charger. If that does not work, even if the battery is inside the shell, you can get to it by taking the system apart a bit. Did you check with the laptop vendor support already?
