What is a good upload/download to stream?

I am looking to stream and want to get a new internet connection (currently, mine is utter crap). I was wondering what is a good upload/download to stream to twitch? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I would like to stream @ 720p/30fps.

ADSL2+ unless you can get fibre
