What is a great pair of headphones for PC?

So, I'm tired of Turtlebeaches... My headset just snapped in half on the left ear adjuster for the THIRD TIME! This is the 3rd headset to do that, all I ever do is take them off and put them on, I'm not rough with them and this is burning me out.

I was looking at some Razer's but I would like something with manual bass control like the TB X12's which I'm having a hard time finding. I do video recordings so I need a very high quality microphone. Any tips would be appreciated!

If you have the budget, the HD518/558/598+modmic is a great option, as is the G4ME One/Zero

If you need the best possible audio, you'll want a standalone mic like the AT2020USB+

If you have a separate mixamp for your TB's, you can use it with other headsets.

My setup is a PX22 Mixamp (which I sadly had to buy the whole crap headset for), with a TRRS 4-Pole adapter going out to a Siberia V2. It's brilliant, and universal.
