Looks like an odd scratch. Can you feel on the screen? To me it looks like someone scratched it in, does not seem like a random thing.

There was a protective foil and this looked like under the foil, but it still was there after I remove the foil. Unfortunately this "odd scratch" created in layer of glass, but the smartphone did not fall.

That does not look like anything that would be caused by a fall or even an impact. It looks scratched in.
