i think the First hp is better due to it is a high clock speed and i need that high clock speed for FRAPS and Minecraft but can you correct me on this also my price limit is $500 so if you can find anything better please post below for me

last option is best of three in my opinion...

...as for its use with FRAPS: it is best to have an entire HDD dedicated to it for its insane write speed/space requirements (lack of compression). I have seen 2 hours of 1080p 60 fps video take over 100 GB of space.

i think hp lock there bios tho and if i would push it to 2.66GHz or so id be scared that it would over heat plus what do i use to over clock it...AMD overdrive?
