what is needed for an amature music studio

I want to start to make beats with my computer i am planning to build. I am planning on making hip-hop/rap beats and kizomba beats

Could you tell me the bear essentials needed for a studio for my criteria?
Could you also recommend the cheapest components aswell?

What is your budget for the entire home studio setup? Will you need a Mic or PC? Do you have anything already?

I will be using pc. I don't really have a budget as i don't know the ranges of prices for the components. If the components are future proof, i could buy them one by one as i don't have anything already
