This is a pretty decent option. There aren't many options on newegg. The battery might be a little small though, but you could always just get a power bank for cheap. But it has 2 cameras (5 MP's on the back one), 1gig of ram, dual core CPU @ 1ghz, and 4 gigs of storage ( so you will want to get a micro SD card). I will try to keep looking to see what else is out there.

Have you tried Craigslist? I don't know how popular that is over in the UK, but that is where I find most of my good deals on here in Florida.
