What is wrong with my laptop?
Hello, recently my laptop started to beep constantly nearly 10 beeps in around 3 to 4 sets. Then it will not boot and stop on a blue screen stating technical issue. However I am able to run the laptop on safe mode. I bought two new rams and installed it, but it still beeps and stop on a blue screen stating technical issue.
1. Could there be a virus that is preventing startup?
2. If I re-install the a windows 7 (quick format) help?
3. If it is not the ram what could be the problem, the hard drive? I had read a article that mentions a dead drive is still able to access thru safe mode?
