I need a laptop on which I can use Intellij idea+Wondershare filmora+ OBS +Photoshop+ Google chrome at a time without problem in 50-60 k Rs budget.

Depends on what is available in your area. For your use you would want something with 16GB and an i5 CPU, with an add-one video card as an option. In your budget you should be able to find something.
