I have one question and that is are there any secure OS's on the market at all?

Solution

I suggest you watch Futurama: Bender's Big Score, and don't do what people in the movie do before they got scammed. Best way to stay secure, don't to stupid things and learn what things are stupid to do. If you look for "free new movies" or "free GTA V game" for example, expect to get a virus.
No. The only way to keep a computer secure is to never allow it to reference any external data (USB Drives, CD/DVD disks, computer networks, or the Internet).

None of them, or all of them.

You could deploy the most locked down Linux variant, but with a bad user, it too will be compromised.
Similarly, you could use any thing, and with a competent user...no problems at all.

The most secure OS is one installed on a PC with no internet connection, no USB ports, no DVD drive, no floppy drives, and a broken power switch.
