What programs monitor CPU usage, ram usage etc

Hi, I would like a program that constantly monitors how much CPU is being used and ram etc whilst playing games
Can anyone recommend any? The more the merrier! Thanks

I personally use MSI Afterburner (Latest Beta version). I can keep a watch on the temps/usage while gaming using their on screen overlay. It can monitor GPU temperatures, usage, fan speed, etc. and also stats for CPU and RAM.

Windows 7 has "Performance Monitor" applet, and similar one is available in Windows 8.

I agree -- However, as long as the advice is to go with Afterburner, I suggest downloading it from the MSI website. This way, you can browse the site and view Tutorials for MSI Afterburner so you can get the most out of the Afterburner experience.

Another simple program to use is Rainmeter. You can adjust which boxes (aka "Skins") you want active at any given time, transparency, "Stay in front" vs "Stay in back" options (and a few options in between).
