What shoild i choose verry confused....(Music Production)

Sooo i have a laptop GT73VR with ESS Sabre Amp\DAC Combo that i bought for music production...sad thing is i cant use ASIO driver on these i mean i can but sound quality gets really bad (or im a nub so i dont know how to set things up properly) so im forced to use high latency primary card...now to fix this im was thinking of getting Scarlet 2i2 or 2i4...but problem is they cant drive my headphones AKG K712 PRO properly...but if i go for dac\amp combo such as FiiO E10K ti drive the headphones im getting back to latency issues :3 .... any profesional audio-phile that can give a little hand to a noobie?

If the headphone amp on the Scarlett isn't good enough for your phones you could connect a headphone amp (not a DAC/Amp) to the line outputs that is good enough.

Yes ive read about that but people say that u cant really 100% bypass the amp that is inside the scarlet or any other audio-interface, is that true?
