What should I upgrade primarily next?

Here are my current pc's specs , I'm not sure if anything's bottle necking anything or if i should just make another gpu upgrade?

I'm not good to computers when it comes to the individual specs and variatons between different graphics cards and cpu's and etc

so if someone could please tell me what I should upgrade at a fairly priced budget , I'm not rich

Go for an GTX 970. Make sure you sell your GTX 780 so that you only spend a little. It is also an good idea to buy an SSD. It will speed up your windows boot faster.

The difference between a 780 and a 970 is pretty small for $300+. Even for 100 bucks the difference a small.
There isn't really an upgrade worth it for your PC i'd say. Your CPU will be fine with any game/GPU. Only GPU upgrade worth it would be a 980ti/FuryX which would cost alot. I'd stick to your current rig and wait for the next generation of GPUs, if you want more gaming performance.

Otherwise you could add an SSD (Samsung EVO 850 is a nice choice and fairly cheap in comparisson to other SSDs) or pick up a 16GB RAM kit to be prepared for the future.

I am also a VR gamer if i should throw that in , So if possible I try to play all games through my VR
