What specs would i need to run Minecraft with shaders and get high fps

With that budget you are basically limited to integrated graphics which will not allow you to use shaders and get high FPS. However, the following Acer laptop with a nVidia 940m for $480 should allow you to do so.

Yeah duddee, you're better of building your own computer. I'd reccomend 8 GB A decent CPU and a decent graphics. Pretty expensive, if I were you I'd just say search on YouTube 450 dollar pc build
