What to do with photos on my micro sd card

My micro sd card on my galaxy note 4 phone is full. I'm going remove the card. What's the best thing to do with the photos on that card, should I just leave everything on the card use that as the storage, or upload photos from card to another place ?

Is the photo important? if so, always make backup.
