Hi,
My Skyworth TV has a 3 HDMI ports but it doesn't have HDMI ARC. It has an Optical but Optical has a limited audio formats.
My source of Video was my TV via USB.
What to do to have a better audio like Dolby Digital, DTS audio to my LG Soundbar that have a HDMI ARC?
My TV support that audio format.

Optical and ARC have exactly the same support for audio and both support Dolby Digital and DTS. Optical doesn't support codecs like Dolby TrueHD. If your TV had eARC that would be better than optical. Just use optical.
