I have a lenovo i3 4th gen 6GB RAM intel hd graphics 4400
WIN10 pro
And it have a sticker AMD RADEON graphics
What's it performence will be on downloading and gaming
And can i have some suggestions for games, plz

Radeon graphics, need to know which ones exactly. That CPU is OK for lower end gaming, need to know the exact video card. With that CPU, it is not likely you have any type of gaming video card.

Older ones maybe, if you see a game you like you can look up the system requirements for it and see if it will run. Something like CSGO will run on it.
