What's a small android phone with decent specs?

Looking for a phone with at least 1 GB of RAM and a dual core processor.

Also looking for something smaller than the Galaxy S4 mini. Maybe a 3" or 3.5" screen without a huge bevel.

If you live in the States, go with the Moto G. Great little phone, VERY cheap with Android 4.3. It will probably get an update to 4.4 as well.
