People are still allowed to vote with their wallet, so, between comfort and profits a balance will be found out. Thankfully we don't live in a dystopian future where we need a license to do even basic things, such as sleeping in a car, do we? (by the way, sleeping in a car is being made illegal)

to be fair, where i live if you are caught sleeping in your car you are arrested for suspicion of drunk driving. im already use to it being illegal to sleep in your car, just not use to it being a chargeable offense in and of it self.
