Whats up with "Dear comcast customer popups?

Every once in a while on Chrome browser(windows 10), a separate window will popup about dear "Comcast customer" and me taking a survey and some reward. Every time they pop up I just exit out of them. Just got one a couple of minuets ago, and decided to copy the address. Is this something happening at Comcast end or is my computer infected.

Get em on Firefox too. Like anything, I close it too. Are they a virus/malware? I treat everything as if it were.

The virus\malware companies know what ISP you use(by your IP address).

Yes I am. I use both Comcast internet and Comcast edition of norton.

Hear is a link to a picture of almost the same popup I've been getting every now and then. Anther thing I've noticed is all the popups look the same but not all the popups have the same url/web address.

I'm using their modem with my router. I have the older modem that doesn't have wifi built in.

I think the whole thing is malware. Have you tried running Malwarebytes on your computer? I think that may help some. As another Comcrap customer, I have only seen those on infected computers.
