when I cut on my RCA tablet the RCA symbol which is in the black screen is the only thing that it gets too and then it freezes

I have tried to reset it from the back I've also tried to hold the power button and the volume up button to reset it it will reset and stay on the black RCA screen and then freeze how can I move on to get to actually be inside my tablet

It's likely a hardware issue, RCA tablets are not very good quality and tend to fail quite often. This forum is filed with RCA tablet issues. Contact their support to see if you can do anything aside from replacing it.
