When I try to make a phonecall, either by dialling the number or by picking a number from my contact's list, I immediately get

When I try to make a phonecall, either by dialling the number or by picking a number from my contact's list, I immediately get "Call Ended".
But If someone calls me i Can't receive the call, I can't even send messages or use Data Network.
I can't even contact my Lenovo customer service number.

Hello,

There are a mobile settings that must be made but.... you must contact your mobile operator.
p.s Try it with another SIM card.
