When i turn on my laptop blue screen appeared then laptop restart and show preparing automatically but can not agin restart laptop agin restart

If you have more than one RAM stick, test with one at a time. If only one, try with a different stick. Maybe a driver issue also, see if you can boot to Safe Mode and roll back Windows to a time before this issue started.
