My hp laptop to Windows Update and restart the laptop if I do, I end up in charge of laptop batteries and laptop Windows updates have been completed, while 30% went to the laptop is closed.
I put the laptop on the charger, and then turn on the laptop charge

You may need to replace the battery. After a few years they wear out and can't hold a full charge.

This can happen particularly if you run the laptop from mains power for long periods without disconnecting the battery.
It shortens the battery's life very quickly and this condition cannot be reversed.
