15-16'' LED MATTE, infinity glass screen (is it possible to have a matte infinity glass screen? or is the glass what causes the glare?)

Something near a WSXGA+ (1680x1050) resolution. None of that (1366x768) crap
no internal optical drive
backlit keyboard
a mid-class gpu (526mb is enough)
SSD
bad ass heat sinks
less than 7 lbs

no windows os / software necessary, though i'd like the bios optimized for windows 7 64 bit home edition.

I'd like to spend less than $1000 w/o the ssd.

I'm thinking of building my own laptop... But I don't think there are any barebones for an i5 540m. Any idea where I can find a mobo for the i5 540m that supports a 1680x1050 resolution? (or something similar)
