Yes, I mean a portable power supply, not just the charger. I have many chargers, but no portable power supply.

My phone has all sorts of portable power available to it, but Dell doesn't seem to have considered this as a real need among its customers.

Honestly, the whole laptop-charging game is rigged against us.

Seems to me that for a portable power bank for laptops with "bespoke" chargers, we have to use AC power:
