Solved! Where can I find my gallery with all my photos

On my new Android phone I can't find gallery with all my photos. Previous phone died without a notice. I have to go to drive or photo but I can't find all photos. Help, please

If the photos were on the phone and no where else, you would have to repair the phone to get them from it. No other way.
