Question Where to Find the Add-On Selections

I've been checking the "best" Streaming once again. I've looked at all of those listed and went to their site to see the channels. Some state "add ons" but where do you go to see these "add ons" you can choose extra? I was planning to ordering Sling and Hulu but in doing so, I'd be paying almost as much for TV as I do now. I also noticed that CSpan is no longer included in any of these "best" services nor is the Weather Channel. I think Sling or Hulu had offered at 3 CSpans in prior years or a couple other channels we watch all the time., but I have to do something now because with the new price gouging from Comcast/Xfinity, I now pay $230+ for the triple play expanded basic package. I'm on SS and already only have $56 left after paying all the bills with all the other costs going up, I don't know how to make it.
