A quick google search shows that as a known microsoft tech support scam number. Im removing it from the post.

It's the default number for Google voice if you don't have enough a phone # linked to your Google account. People have reported 200+ phone calls from scammers (like 200+ to a single individual) using this to spoof their identity. So perhaps it's that, perhaps it's some hoe using it to remain untradable. Either way that's not what we do here. If I could have gotten a name I wouldn't give it out.... That's insane
