which amp do i use?

So im starting to get into the audio part of technology, i want to spend a bit of money on my audio setup i was going to purchase:

DT990 pro limited edition
SMSL SA-160 160WPC Digital Amplifier -30mW/32ohm, THD + N ¡Ü 0.009%
SMSL Sanskrit 6th USB DAC Audio Decoder

i would just like to know if that amp can power the DT 990 with 250ohms impediance,

i like dt990 too, what is with the limited edition?
i am looking to get a 990 premium when i get some money.

about the amp, sorry, i am new too but did read several reviews of amps too but i don't know those.
but, if i am reading that correctly, is it 30mW @32ohm? i think that is low. i mean, if it's 30mw, how low will that be for an 80ohm then 250.

So i purchased the SA-160 and the limited edition 990, they both work really well together, the SA-160 can power thm to a very-loud but not ear bleedingly-loud amount, the amp also powers my speakers absolutely fine
