I like to use Kaspersky Total Security, it's got a lot of features, it's a bit techy for novices and might require intermediate knowledge to setup depending what applications you use and browsing habits you do.

Running on Windows? If you are, then I can recommend staying with the Windows Defender. Does the job well for me sans the pesky ads. I pair it with Malwarebytes.
