you get what you pay for, if you want a quality laptop then you should be more concerned with price than brand.

example: brand X has a $400 laptop, brand Y has a $900 laptop. brand Y's $900 is going to be better than brand X's $400 laptop not because brand Y is better than brand X, but because a $900 laptop is going to be better than a $400 laptop.
