Which Installer is the best one?

I know the Installrex & Installcore. Both of these platform try to give full support of their customer. I searched on goolge about their service by typing “Installerex” there are many comments. But I wanted to know which one is giving the best service to Web developer? Could you please to share your practical Idea?

Neither. Any application that uses either of these would 1. not be downloaded and and installed by me, or 2. Instantly uninstalled.
And any company/developer that used these would be on my ban list, permanently.
