Radeon 520 is newer but both are terrible. Most games will be unplayable on either.

It's a gpu meant for generic webbrowsing and the most intensive task it should have to do is play a browsergame. SinxarKnights's link shows exactly what happens when you try top play games on it: a bad time.

Anything on this list will do. As long as it at least has a quad core i5 or up and a gtx 1050 or up.

The gpu is simply way to weak. You need something better than a radeon 520 to run gta V at 30 fps 1280*720 at low.
