Hello, I am fairly smart when it comes to new laptops, I was gonna buy an ASUS laptop with an A8 Processor and AMD Radeon HD 7640G but it was taken off the site. If a a similar one comes back I will get it but these are the ones I will buy unless a better one comes along.

The HP is getting better reviews, but I heard the fans are prone to overheating, however these reviews say it has been surprisingly cooler than expected. The Toshiba however, is getting mediocre reviews and I'm nervous about which is better. Now I understand laptops aren't good at gaming at this price, but I just wanna do simple games such as Arma 2 on low, WoW, and minecraft. This is my price range, I am willing to buy on NewEgg too. Appreciate the help from such a well renowned community

Not sure about the quality of the sound
For the extra $20 you pay, you do get another USB 3 port so it is worth it if you have more than 1 USB3 device lying around
I generally find both brands to have pretty decent build quality relative to each other
It may be worthwhile to wait for an A8 since you get more graphics cores, likely more ram 4 cpu " cores"

Oh and Richland which is an optimized version of the AMD APU's are coming out real soon (likely within next 3 months since they are already shipping to OEM's) so either grab those ones or get the old APU's at a cheaper price

So if I can't get the Samsung fast enough on its sale, is the HP gonna be fine? Because I guess I need an explanation on how the fans would be. SO many people say that HP laptops are crap.

The few HP laptops that I have used have had pretty poor build quality. Not to say that they were terrible, but I wouldn't expect them to hold together for too long. If you plan on using it for more than 2 years, I would stay away.

If it was my money, I would do whatever I could to get that Samsung instead. Wait for a sale, save a little longer, or chip in some of my own cash to make up the difference.

Don't bump, against the rules and a pet peeve of mine.

I though we already answered your questions? Weren't you waiting until close to March 7 to see you're options? Any laptop you order will be there in a week (from a respectable seller).
