Which is more powerful: the HP Stream 11, or the older Dell D630?

My brother and my friend says that the HP Stream 11, with it's Intel Celeron CPU, is more powerful than the older Dell D630, with it's Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. Asuming both have 2 GBs of ram.. Which laptop is more powerful?

The Dell D630 with an Intel Core 2 Duo is a lot faster with the HP Stream 11 which only has an Intel Celeron CPU.
