Which laptop is better?

I got two laptops on black friday and I was wondering which one is better for everyday use and some minor gaming like diablo 3 when it comes out.

1ST laptop is a HP - Pavilion Laptop / AMD A-8 Processor / 4GB Memory / 500GB Hard drive.

2ND laptop is a Toshiba Satellite / Intel® Core™ i3-2330M Processor / 4GB Memory / 500 Hard drive

The only difference is the brand of laptop and the processor. I will mainly be using my laptop for everyday use as in web browsing and streaming movies and minor gaming as in Diablo 3 for example.

Which laptop is going to be faster in every day task (streaming and browsing)?

Which brand of laptop (HP Pavilion or Toshiba Satellite) is better?

And in your opinion which laptop do you think I should keep?

Neither one of those links is working. Well, I'll assume we're talking about integrated graphics. So the simple answer is, the AMD machine will be better for gaming and the i3 machine will be faster for everything else.

But thats without knowing anything else about the machines, so its a bit of a shot in the dark.
