Which laptop should I get

So I am looking for a mini laptop which is in the budget 20k but if it is not sufficient I can extend the budget to 25k.

My specs are :

Windows 8
Touch screen
4gb ram
Intel processor
Doesn't matter whatever gpu
Minimum 500gb hdd

I could not find the laptop for me

So if you know any please let me know
