which laptop shouold i buy?

i am mechanical engineer i have my softwares like CFD, CATIA etc
i am a serious gamer too i love to play games like arkham knight, gta5, NFS etc which one should i buy MSI WT72 or MSI Apache Pro i need to use it for 2-3 years i dont know about future softwares for mechanical which one will be my best buy?

I'd strongly look at Sager laptops over MSI. MSI tends to be pretty, you'll get more value from the other brand. Especially getting near that budget.
