Which laptop to choose........

Hello, can anyone tell me which laptop should I choose,I am going to a college next month and I am thinking that If I should buy a 15.6 inch or a 17.3 inch laptop

I am considering Hp envy 15-3247nr and Hp envy 17-3270nr.Please inform me if there are better notebooks available with same specs

and also that if 17 inch laptops are really difficult to lunge around as I am gong to college and I will have to carry it around.I am also going to play high resolution games

well, what are your needs? which games?

Games like skyrim,battlefield3.max payne 3.....etc....but I also need a good performance laptop for my college
