Quick Question
i3 5005u + 930M + 8gb DDR3
Or
A10 9600p + M440 (R8 445dx) + 8gb DDR4( dual channel)??One is Asus other is HP ( so it hardly matters)
For casual gaming and video editing
(Or should I wait if something else is launching in the near future?)

I'd get the i3 unit. You could wait a little and see if the GTX1050 armed laptops are to your liking but it's also possible that they be a little higher in the pricing stack.
