Solution
They are pretty much identical save for the faster CPU in the second one. Issue is that it has a slower hard drive but the first one may have a 5300 rpm one also. I'd get that, and a 256 gig SSD drive and swap hard drives. You can use a cloning program to clone the system to the new hard drive.
