Which on is better?

Hi,
I narrowed down to two gaming laptop
1) ASUS (GL702VM-DS74) i7-7700HQ, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 1TB 5400RPM, GTX 1070 8GB
2) MSI Apache Pro (GE72MVR7RG-002CA) i7-7700HQ, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 1TB 7200RPM, GTX 1070 8GB

no. 1 is a bit cheaper. My question is which one has a better cooling system, longer battery, good quality and good warranty.

The MSi with 1tb 7200rpm HDD will drain the battery somewhat faster, and given that they're the same on CPU RAM and GPU then by all means go with the cheaper ASUS.
