Which one would be better for gaming? There isn't much difference but G510 has a better processor and IdeaPad a better graphics right? I don't know what that Intel HD Graphics card means, is it an important additional card and improves gaming?

Lenovo G510 (59-406666)
Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ (2.4 GHz, 3.4 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache)
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2GB

Lenovo IdeaPad Z510 (59-413911)
Intel® Core™ i7-4702MQ (2.2 GHz, 3.2 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache)
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M 2GB + Intel HD Graphics 4600
SSD 8GB

ok i think i will choose one of y510p then, so far i've thought of a laptop with 4-core i7 but if you say i5 4200m is enough i trust you :) considering video cards, i heard that 2x755m are way too hot and you said really few games are able to use both cards so is it better to buy the one with single card ? will it be enough and still better than gt740m and i7 4702MQ ?

It's 755m, not 775m, I think 755m is way better than 740m(64 bit version). I don't know if I should get a better processor or better graphics. Here is my definite choice, could you help?

I did a completely different thread with him bud ;) He invited me to come to this one, but with all my school work and I am training for a half marathon... I am in Chiropractic school and working on my masters degree, I read quite well.

We talked about a mobile i5 actually being a lower clocked desktop i3, and a mobile i7 being an actual quad core with eight logic cores.
