Which one is better??

I am planning to buy a laptop. I have narrowed down to 2 laptops.

1. Asus K42N SMV-140 (about $445)

nw i m confused which one 2 buy from these
i basically need them for my university works and a want 2 play games on them (though these r not gaming laptops, i would play at very low res and minimal graphics)

Anyone with suggestions

#1 - The second laptop doesn't have $100 more features. A two year warranty is nice, but a discrete graphics card and $100 in your pocket is worth more.

I know that but the 1st one has some amd processor but the 2md one has intel i3
what will be the performance of the amd processor is my main question?
