Spec wise, yes its better then both of them, but i just looked up the graphics on them, and they all have adreno 330's so they can play games as good as all of them. the processor is a bit better on the M8 but should prevent you from doing anything on them.

So sorry, The s4 is actually the worst in specs, you dont look at the speed of them. You look at the snapdragon used, the s4 isnt as good, it has a snapdragon 600 compared the 801 and 800 used in the other 2 phones and the s4 only uses the adreno 320 vs the 330 and its much better

They have the exact same Proccessor and adreno graphics, so they are both the same, just the os that samsung uses is more laggy then htc's

The HTC one and Nexus are the best between all of then. The best out of those is up to you. If you value looks over software updates then the one, otherwise the nexus.
