For everyone wondering, INR20,000 is equal to about $330, so maybe Kindle Fire HD, or Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.

since you are interested in watching 1080p videos get the Nexus 7 FHD if you can .. btw don't waste your money on Kindle tabs ..
