I'm going to be buying a new TV and I'm having trouble deciding what to get. I'm trying to decide if I should go with a 4K now or just stick with a 1080p for now. Best Buy has a 49" 4K LG on sale right now for $600( or 700 for the 55") right now but is it really worth the extra money? I'd mainly be streaming Netflix, Huly and HBO on it and I'd be playing the PS4 on it sometimes.. and I know that the games can't play games in 4k and never will be able to.

Which of these three TVs do you think would be the best one to go with? I'm leaning towards either the Vizio or LG.

I personally use a projector, previously a TV. I won't give up a massive picture for a TV, even if it's 4k. If a projector isn't an option, then buy the biggest you can afford. Majority of consumers regret not buying the biggest they could afford. Sacrificing a little picture quality isn't the end of the world.

The standard even on a low end TV is still very high. The decision you're going to have to make however is IPS or VA. IPS offers near perfect viewing angles (no contrast change when viewing it from an angle), where as VA offers a higher contrast (deeper blacks), but worse viewing angles. Colors are pretty much equal.

Out of those three, I would go with either the Vizio or the Toshiba, I'm personally a fan of a high contrast...

This isn't at all relevant if you're not going to display 4k content, Netflix 4k doesn't even beat 1080p blu-rays, and you're going to pay a huge premium on 4k content in the future, namely blu rays.

All the best!
