Which TV should I buy?

Hey I just need a nudge in the right direction.
These are not high end tv's, but they are the size I want, the price I can afford, and have good reviews. They seem very similar though.
Can someone help me make a well informed decision on these 2 tvs?

I'd go with the Insignia. It's a higher quality unit all the way around. Better upscaling and Best Buy generally has much better customer service than Wally World.

What do you mean better quality? Like, just in general or those specific units listed have a difference in build quality?
What is upscaling?

$70 saved could go towards a beginner surround sound that's the only reason I'm lobbying.

General quality and the ability to get service when and if it's required. Sceptre is extremely cheap china made junk. Insignia is Best Buy's signature house brand and competes with higher end brands like Sony and Samsung, although in most cases it competes with them on price as the quality may not be on par with those brands. It's certainly much better than Sceptre though and if you have a problem, Best Buy is a relatively no hassle solution. Good luck getting a Sceptre unit fixed. They're pretty much throw away units.
